Living Drift Farm

Nothing snaps you out of complacency like learning you have a genetic mutation that increases your propensity to numerous cancers. That’s the milestone where you get crystal clear about your passions and purpose. Or in the words of that country song, you begin to “live like you are dying.”

The mutation inspired me to have a total hysterectomy, ramp up my screenings and discover super foods.  It gave me permission to quit a very good job, so I could focus on my passion of growing and designing flowers. It made me appreciate friends and family more.

When you live like you are dying, you find clarity about what you want with family, spirituality, fitness, health, career and hobbies. You find your deepest definition of success and peace.

Taking a class with Julio Freitas at The Flower Hat in Bozeman, where our class installed this amazing wedding arbor.
